General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of RedBlackNation

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the RedBlackNation online shop.

RedBlackNation sells products in cooperation with selected partner and supplier companies. RedBlackNation acts as the marketing brand and contractual partner to the customer.

2. Contracting Parties and Conclusion of Contract

2.1. The purchase contract is concluded with RedBlackNation.

2.2. RedBlackNation sells selected products in cooperation with third-party providers and partner companies. Manufacturing, storage, and shipping may be carried out by these partners.

2.3. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

2.4. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.

2.5. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory value-added tax, if applicable, plus shipping costs, which are displayed during the order process.

3.2. The following payment methods are available: TWINT, PayPal, Klarna, credit card, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

3.3. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods in individual cases.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1. Delivery is available within Switzerland and to selected European countries.

4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and partner company and are indicated in the shop.

4.3. Should a product not be available, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1. You have the right to withdraw your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

5.2. The withdrawal should be sent by email to: support@redblacknation.com

5.3. In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments within 14 days at the latest after receipt of the withdrawal declaration.

5.4. The customer bears the return costs, unless otherwise agreed.

5.5. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5.6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products
Personalized or custom-made products, especially jerseys with individual names, numbers, or other customer-specific adjustments, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Since these products are manufactured specifically according to your specifications and cannot be resold, there is no 30-day return or withdrawal guarantee for them.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of RedBlackNation or the respective partner company until full payment.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1. The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply.

7.2. RedBlackNation is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or non-observance of care or usage instructions.

7.3. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

8. Transport Damage

Please report noticeable transport damage to the delivery person immediately if possible and contact us without delay at support@redblacknation.com. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Vouchers and Discount Codes

9.1. Discount codes are redeemable only within the specified period and once per order.

9.2. A combination of multiple codes is excluded, unless otherwise stated.

9.3. Cash payment is not possible.

10. Customer Account

The creation of a customer account is voluntary. You are obliged to treat your access data confidentially.

11. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

12. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of RedBlackNation, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
